Meet Our Administrative Team
Neha – Media Consultant/HR Manager
Neha graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and graduated from Centennial College for Radio and Television Arts. Neha’s background in the media, as a news reporter for over 10 years on television, is an asset to heading the marketing of the office and in producing and writing scripts for Dr. Narang’s television appearances and interviews. Neha’s experience interacting with different individuals and management of news story deadlines helps her in communicating with patients, representatives from other companies, and with the dental team. One of Neha’s goals for the office is to be more involved with the community. One of her projects supported the Canadian Breast Cancer Association. She organized and facilitated the raising of funds through a raffle to donate to the cause. She has also organized the Brushamania Event at Mentor School and St. Mildred’s for Oral Hygiene Month. Neha also believes in building good relations within the dental team. She organized many events where the team and their families participated outside of our working environment, such as a trip to Springridge farms, bowling nights, and a group cooking lesson. When she is not busy working, Neha enjoys spending homework and playtime with her daughters, traveling with her family, volunteering at her daughter’s school, and doing outdoor activities such as swimming, skating, hiking, and skiing. Neha is fluent in English and Punjabi
Silvana – Accounts Manager
Silvana graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from the Toronto School of Business and as an Office Administrator from Humber College. She managed our administrative team since September 2000 and now manages the accounts department. Silvana is an integral part of Dr. Arun Narang & Associates. Her colleagues, including cosmetic dentist Dr. Narang, & our patients, rely greatly on her organizational abilities and skills as an administrative part of the team. Silvana likes to spend time with her family & friends, especially her little nieces and nephews; she enjoys good movies, reading, and traveling. Silvana is fluent in Italian and English.
Sandra, General Office Manager
Sandra is no stranger to the dental field, having been in several different roles in her career spanning over 25 years. Her experience includes dental assisting, dental administrator, and general office manager. Having been in these numerous roles allows Sandra to be a great team player and leader to the team. Sandra is diligent, committed, patient-oriented in her work and duties. Sandra enjoys creating and implementing policies, procedures, schedules, and systems that make the office run smoothly as well as helping serve patient’s needs. Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her miniature dachshund Ruby.
